Maricopa County, Arizona, has specific requirements for the format and content of an acceptable site plan. The plan must include: lot lines with dimensions, buildings with dimensions to property lines, named streets, a north arrow indicator, an engineering scale (both graphic and text), driveways, pathways, vegetation (trees and bushes), pools (if applicable), fences/retaining walls, parking spaces, pavement hatches based on material type (concrete, asphalt, grass, etc.), minimum setbacks per zoning regulations, a vicinity map, and other relevant property details (upon request).
